ACCESS Development Services is a national livelihoods promotion organization with focus on incubating innovations and sustainable models for livelihoods promotion of the poor. To this end, ACCESS is structured uniquely to work at all levels of the value chain – implementing programmes on the ground (Tier-I), working with Civil Society Organizations, Government Departments, Corporate sector, and Multilateral / Bilateral agencies (Tier II) as also undertaking a few national initiatives to influence and support policy initiatives and strengthening the enabling environment (Tier III). Tier III initiatives of ACCESS are national in their orientation and seek to inform and influence policy, bring key issues and challenges for discussions on a national platform, build sectoral consensus and provide avenues of sharing experiences.
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
To apply for a RfP to implement a 3-year value chain project in 6 districts of Rajasthan, ACCESS would like to receive CVs of candidates who will be willing to join the project in case ACCESS is selected for the same. We are looking for suitable candidates for the roles of Team Leader, Value Chain/ Forward Linkage Expert- Agriculture, Value Chain/ Forward Linkage Expert- Livestock, Training and Capacity Building Expert.
Candidate should be a Post-Graduation in Agri-business management / Rural Management / Rural Marketing or MBA in Marketing/Agriculture/Horticulture/Veterinary/Forest Management /Natural Resources Management from a recognized university/institute.
The desired experience will be in the range of 5 to 10 years in value chain development/ market linkage for rural produce, procurement & marketing of rural products, working in agriculture & Livestock value chains
For Training & Capacity building role the requirement is 5 years’ Experience in rural development, with at least 3+ years of experience in knowledge management and design and delivery of participatory approaches in capacity building programs for communities, project functionaries, etc.
Compensation: Salary range for the above positions will be commensurate to the industry standards and will be determined based upon the experiences and fixed as per the HR policies of the organization.
